To my fellow Minority Bloggers, don’t let Time Magazine determine your worth!!!

I saw a tweet the other day from a fellow blogger regarding the lack of African American Bloggers on Time Magazine’s Best Blogs of 2010 list. Last month I was at Blogging While Brown in the nation’s capital. I met minority bloggers from all over the country. We are out here in large numbers and if the mainstream media doesn’t know it that’s their loss. But I won’t sit around waiting for recognition from Time Magazine or any other dying print publication. They might be on-line now but they are still behind as far as I’m concerned.
