Joe Jackson is an opportunist. Yes I said it!!! I know he has curried favor with some black folks since the death of his son. I feel bad for the family but something aint right in Wonderland. Joe now claims that Michael Jackson has another child!! Hold Up!!! When was Michael having all this sex??? This sounds kinda Bobby Brownesque to me. The kid in question is a 25 year old rapper (how cliché is that) from Norway. His name is Omer Bhatti. Doesn’t this sound like a low budget black movie on Starz?


Anyway, Joe Jackson has placed claim on Mr. Bhatti with this quote "he looks like a Jackson, he acts like a Jackson, he can dance like a Jackson." Wow!! Here we go back to the entertainment aspect again. If he couldn’t dance or sing would Joe still claim him? Another group of kids for Joe to pimp…oops I mean teach how to be stars. His sons are too old for him to beat. Janet Jackson’s career is on the downslide. Rebbie Jackson’s last hit was centipede (that was in 1984). La Toya Jackson…..err….ahh…oooh….eeww….where was I? Joe needs the younger Jacksons to get back in the limelight again. He needs singers, rappers, dancers, and jugglers (he doesn’t really need jugglers but I was on a roll) to help realize his dream of stardom. Maybe he can adopt Ja Rule and get his career back on track.

Julian Bond to step down as NAACP board chair

Mr. Bond, I commend you on doing the honorable thing and falling on your sword. Your poor leadership and lack of vision have placed doubts over the NAACP. Mr. Bond, I blame you for the departure of former president Bruce Gordon. I also disagree with your decision to involve the NAACP in seating the Michigan delegates. You need to let some “new” blood circulate through the organization. But please, no more handpicked subordinates as replacements.

Democratic state Senator Kay Hagan was elected to the U.S. Senate by beating Elizabeth Dole. Toward the end of the campaign, Dole used attack ads against Hagan questioning her Christian faith. The commercials were of bootleg quality so that speaks to her professionalism. Now Dole can go back to spending time with her sour patch faced husband.

The other day, my frat brother told me that black women were supporting Senator Hillary Clinton because they have issues with black men. This is from a black man that is married to a black woman so don't start the finger waggin with the "He must be married to a white woman" routine. I was really bothered by what he said. I s this true? Do they want her to win because she is going against a black man? Does anyone know any black female Hillary Clinton supporters? I need to talk to them to get the skinny. Tell them to hit me back ASAP so I can get a handle on this one.
